After several years of working as a customer support executive, research officer and a digital marketer, I found myself needing a change and a desire to find a more creative outlet for myself.
User experience design appealed to me because it embodies many elements of fields that I have worked in includin; empathy, user-centric approach, understanding the needs and motivations of others in other to provide satisfaction to the user. Also, working in the roles mentioned above has given me a strong understanding and the ability to perceive human nature and human behavior in general. I’m a critical thinker with an open mind, a communicator and a facilitator. I leverage design thinking in my work to help shape the development of products and services based on user needs. I have a year of experience in designing user workflows, delivering delightful services, and crafting thoughtful interactions.
